Camp VS Holiday
We offer two Mallorca experiences: the Mallorca Cycling Camp with long, challenging rides (similar to our Cyprus Cycling Camp) and the Cycling Holiday Week, a more relaxed version with shorter routes at an easier pace. Whether you’re here to sharpen your skills, boost your fitness, or simply enjoy the ride, you’re welcome at Cycling Fanatics.
Camp Fitness requirement
To make sure every rider gets the most out of the week, we partner with Robic Cycling to assess fitness levels. The camp requires a minimum FTP of 2.5 W/kg, and Robic can provide tailored coaching to get you there.

Yes! Jasper will be at the camp in person, he’s not just the host but also your main guide on the road. You’ll ride alongside him throughout the week, join his skills clinics, and get plenty of time to chat, ask questions, and share stories off the bike. Riders often say that cycling and learning directly from Jasper is one of the highlights of the camp experience.
-
Our Cycling Holiday is open to all kinds of riders, though we recommend a basic fitness level. If you ride regularly and feel comfortable covering around 60 km (40 mi) with some climbing, you’ll be ready to enjoy the week.
-
We want you to get the most out of your Camp, which is why our partner Robic Cycling will assess your fitness level before the camp. A minimum FTP of 2.5 W/kg is required to join. It won’t be easy but that’s exactly the challenge you’re here for.
-
Based on your fitness assessment, you may be advised to join the Cycling Holiday week instead, or to work with a Robic coach to train toward the required level for the camp. If neither option works for you, just reach out we’re happy to discuss alternatives.
-
You can either choose to bring your own bike or rent a bike. If you want to rent we recommend North Wind Cycles or Cycling Planet. Both located within walking distance from the hotel.
-
Due to limited room availability, it’s not possible to arrive early or extend your stay at Petit Hotel Alaró. However, you’re welcome to arrange your own accommodation before or after the camp if you’d like to spend more time in Mallorca.
-
Our camps are designed with cyclists in mind, but we do occasionally have limited space for non-riders. If your partner would like to join, they can enjoy the hotel and pool while you’re out on the bike. Just select the non-rider option in the booking form, and we’ll let you know about availability and pricing.
-
No problem at all! After you’ve signed up you will receive an elaborate questionnaire where you can inform us about your dietary preferences and food allergies.
-
There is a washing machine available on site for you to use.
-
We provide an airport shuttle on arrival day (day 1) and departure day (day 7). About a week before the camp, you’ll receive an email with your pick-up time. No shuttle service is available on other days, taxis, Uber, Cabify, or public transport can be used instead.
